Paz is the founder of Cuantia Capital and a professor at the Instituto de Empresa since 2003. She has developed her professional career in the private equity sector, working with and representing various asset managers. She is also a private investor in several companies, where she plays an active role, and is a leading figure in the Search Funds sector in Spain. She holds an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School) and a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Carlos Costales - Managing Director

Carlos Costales has worked in the financial industry in various roles for over 25 years. He has extensive experience covering the entire investment cycle in wealth management, private banking, pension funds, and asset management. He holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He joined Cuantia Capital in 2019.

Carlos Álvarez - Managing Director

Carlos Álvarez is an Industrial Engineer specializing in the intersection of finance and innovation. With over 15 years of experience, he began his career in project finance and M&A, later developing his career in private banking and asset management in institutional business development roles. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets and Alternative Investments and the MFIA certification from BME. He is currently complementing his financial experience with a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation.

Alberto González - Managing Director

Alberto González Méndez has more than 25 years of experience in distribution for institutional clients. Alberto holds an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, a master's program in Finance and Portfolio Management from IESE, and a bachelor's degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. He joined Cuantia Capital in 2019.

Jose Gascón - Managing Director

Jose Gascón has served as Investment Director at the European Investment Fund, Senior Manager at KPMG (Deal Advisory Department), and Corporate Banker at Santander. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a European Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham. He holds an International MBA from IE Business School. He joined Cuantia Capital in 2017.

Jorge Ross- Head Latam

Jorge Ross has over eight years of experience in finance. Initially, at Banco de Chile, he was involved in areas such as foreign exchange (FX), fixed income, and derivatives trading. For the past three years, he has provided advice on debt structuring and support in fundraising for alternative investments. He holds an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid. Jorge joined Cuantia Capital in 2021.

Ominder- Advisor

Ominder has 30 years of experience in institutional asset management and consultant relations, having previously served as Global Head of Institutional Distribution at M&G Investments. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at specialist firm Impax Asset Management and Head of UK Institutional Distribution at Fidelity.
